Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped once the whole order is in stock.

International orders
Orders may be subject to local customs or import duty. Any associated costs are at your expense. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment or non-collection, any loss incurred by us will be on-charged to you.

If you wish to return or exchange items, please contact via tiff@solbebis.com to receive your personalised shipping label for free return. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn with tags attached in original packaging, within 7 days after receiving your order. Sale items excluded.
